Need to speak to customer service to cancel my plan as I have subscribed to the incorrect plan

Who can I call or write to? I intended to sign up only for 2 months and no longer need Adobe anymore and found out i have signed up for the annual plan which comes with a hefty cancellation fee, especially when i wont be using it for the next 10 months under the annual plan. Who can i speak to to resolve it?

    When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html
