Need to transfer Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 license

Hello,

I own Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard and Premium with a valid serial number.
When I try to deactivate it on my old computer, I get the error "Code 194:8".
I need to move the license to a new computer, but the activation/deactivation servers no longer seem to work.

Adobe Support told me that this version is no longer supported and advised me to post here in the community.
Could someone please advise how to reset my activations or perform an offline reactivation?

Adobe does not reset activations. You need to have at least one of your two activations available to activate on a new computer.

However, I’m getting error code 194:8 when trying to deactivate on my old computer, and I can’t access the second activation either.

Since the activation/deactivation servers for CS5.5 are no longer available, how can I check whether I still have one activation left?

Is there any way to perform an offline activation on the new computer, or can someone from Adobe still manually reset the activation on their end?

I still have my valid serial number.

the activation and deactivation servers for cs5.5 are still working.  computers must have updated security software to contact the servers.

 

can you copy and paste a screenshot of that 194.8 error?
