Need to Transfer Adobe Subscription

Hi everyone,

I urgently need help. I’ve lost access to the Hotmail account linked to my Adobe Photography Plan (20GB). The email is permanently deleted, so I can’t get verification codes or manage the account.

Has anyone here successfully transferred their subscription to a new email? I need a solution fast—any guidance or direct contacts would be massively appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for the help. I checked the link, but I’m stuck — a verification code is sent to my old email (now deleted) before I can update anything.

Is there any way to change the verification method or recover the account another way?
