Needing a refund for my auto renewed subscription

Hello Adobe,I started a free trial to try out a few features, ended up not requiring a subscription anymore and therefore cancelling. I have no still been charged an auto renewed subscription. And cancelled but have been told I will be charged $150+ for cancelling early for something I haven’t even used.Could you please help me with obtaining a refund for this subscription. Thank you in advance!Kind regards,Chandler

for others, refunds are for the initial trial period and to prevent a renewal charge you need to cancel prior to the actual renewal.
