Never used the products. Been charged for 2 month and now cancellatio fee??

I got the trial to try something in photoshop but I never even used it, I didnt cancel the email, got no follow up/warning emails that the trial ended?! I've been charged (€50) for 2 months and now €123 cancellation fee!!! And I can't find an customer support email/number anywhere, what the hell is this??

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... Appreciate the reply John, I read your message in another thread after posting this. The cookies was the issue for me. I couldnt see the live chat option because of this! My issue has been resolved now.
