I have also have had charges of $16.02 out of my checking account every month from Adobe acropro subs ?? It's disappointing  and discouraging that I cannot find what it is for nor can I cancel it. Iam not even sure what the heck it for ? Can anyone help with this.

    Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
    Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

    It must be that you signed up for a subscription plan for that product... This guide should help you figure out what's going on with your account and what to do about it.
