No "Cancel Plan" Option

I want to cancel my plan but I don't see the cancel plan option. I can't afford to pay for next month!

Contact Adobe Customer Support directly.  Fellow product users can't cancel your service.  Only Adobe can do that.

 

1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below.

2. Scroll down to Contact Adobe or Adobe Help Center on the same page.
3. Online chat is available in English 24/7.  See screenshot.


4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

Or an annual, pay monthly plan ($20/mo one app $50 all apps)?

Btw, I haven't used this in months! (maybe twice in the past 2 years!) I should have cancelled a long time ago. Please help!
