No country specific Adobe website available

Anyone know how to see what the country specific deals are for Adobe products
if a country specific website does not exist ? - I'm in Croatia. As an example, I find some
deal on an Adobe web site, straight away there is a question whether I want to go further
on the USA site or go to the country specific site - if I choose to go to the country specific site, I reach
a website where there is no mention of Croatia.
