No internet no premiere

Is there no way to use premiere when I'm offline? Can I really not use premiere anytime I don't have an internet connection? This has started happening in the last few months. It may be time to switch back to avid. Using 2019 13.1.2

    Hello, according to the way you pay, by month, or by year, there is a one month + grace period, or 3 months+grade period where you can be offline, then the software needs to contact the servers to authenticate.
