NO INVOICE RECEIVED FOR CANCELLATION FEE

I did not receive any invoice in my email for the cancellation fees paid.

 

And then my administrator rights was revoked, and I cant even retrieve the invoice from anywhere.

 

How do I even contact adobe support to get that invoice?

    Tacafy,

     

    No, I cant even contact support because they have deactivated my admin access.  So, I dont have the rights to speak to them.

     

    Appreciate if you know any other way to reach them.

    Pick up the  phone during normal business hours, M-F.  Phone numbers vary by region.  Do a Google search for "Contact Adobe."

     

    Keep in mind, you cannot have it both ways. You cancelled your plan.  That means there is nothing more to discuss.  Your plan no longer exists.  50% early cancellation fees are the terms you agreed to when you joined.
