No licence anymore but paid

Question

Hi, I receive a message that I don't have any licence anymore but I renewed it already on May 5th and I have paid it the same day. What can I do or who can I contact please?Thank you in advance.

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
