No longer see the profile switcher and can't access my personal account.
I used my .edu email to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud a year ago at the $19.99 rate. When I signed in previously it would show me a choice of my personal account where the subscription is or the enterprise account for the college. Now I log in and it only shows the enterprise account so I can't get into my creative cloud and to make matters worse it is now charging me $59.99 + tax for a non-student ( I am still a student) subscription which I can't even access. There don't seem to be any options to contact Adobe either. When I click help, it says to contact my enterprise administrator, which obviously would be a waste of time because it's the account I'm trying to access.
