No me aparece la opcion de cancelar plan

Buen día, no me aparece la opción para cancelar mi plan, mi plan es anual de pago mensual Acrobat Pro DC, y tampoco mi metodo de pago funciona, ocupo una solución, ni puedo cancelar mi susbcripción ni pagar.

Estoy en la misma situación y no sé cómo emprender una acción legal pues no hay forma de conseguir contacto personal.
