no option to cancel my plan

Hello. There is a problem with my free trial. I got a free trial, it has been almost a week and i want to cancel it, but there is no information about it on my account, and there is no option to cancel it because it says ,,Unable to load plans''. im scared that i will be charged for not canceling because i got a illustrator plan for a year, but i only wanted to try it. What can I do, and do I even have the plan?

use a different browser that's updated and not opera.

Hello, i did all the steps, and use Chrome and it still says the same thing..
