No OTP generated

Hey,

I was tryign to purchase the Creative Cloud Pro subscription (India) via my Axis Mastercard Credit card, but weirdly the site is not generating OTP. I have tried this 8-9 times, no change. I tried to make payment via CC on a different website and the OTP came in my inbox. So, the card is not at fault here. Can any support person help me out with this?

Thanks for replying, but this is irrelevant and did not help me. I am a first time buyer. There is no recurring payment option available on my Plans page.
