No paid plan but still getting billed

I have been getting billed for several months now and when I go to my account page it says I have no paid plans. How can this be. I have checked other accounts I have and they say the same. Virtual assistant is no help as Adobe says since I have no paid subscription they cant help

If you don't have a plan, your credit card number may have been stolen
