No podemos verificar el estado de tu suscripción.

No podemos llegar a los servidores de Adobe. Puede deberse a que no tengas conexión a Internet. Comprueba tu conexión y vuelve a intentarlo a continuación. Si sigues teniendo problemas, consulta nuestra guía de resolución de problemas de conectividad. Código de error: 18000.

Is your Internet connection OK?  You were able to post to this forum which suggests you are connected to the Internet.

Are you signed in to the correct Creative Cloud account?

Are you trying to update, or is this a first time installation?

Has Photoshop been working on your computer prior to having this problem?

Are the date and time settings on your computer correct, and do they tally with your country and time zone?

 

Try logging out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and signing in again.

Try restarting your computer.

 

If still stuck, answer the above questions and we'll take it from there.
