No puedo cancelar mi suscripción de prueba – error en el sistema

Hola, Estoy teniendo un problema para cancelar mi suscripción de prueba. Me registré para probar el servicio, pero no me gustó y decidí cancelarlo antes de que terminara el periodo gratuito. El problema es que el sistema no me deja cancelar. Cada vez que intento hacerlo, aparece un mensaje de error y no se completa el proceso. Ya cancelé los pagos automáticos desde PayPal para evitar un cobro, pero quiero asegurarme de que mi suscripción quede completamente cancelada desde Adobe. He buscado opciones para contactar a soporte, pero no encuentro forma clara de enviar un correo ni hablar con alguien directamente. Todo el proceso ha sido muy frustrante. Por favor, necesito ayuda urgente para cancelar mi suscripción. Gracias.

My apologies, Pieri. We were conducting system maintenance that could have prevented a cancellation from completing. Please complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3GzROEs today, as suggested by Kglad, to cancel your trial subscription and be given a refund. ^JW

el 14/04/2026 acepte la prueba gratuita, la cancele el 15/04/2026 y vencia el 22/04/2026. No tienen por qué cobrarme nada. Espero que se resuelva este problema. mi cuenta es <Removed by Moderator>
