Mi relacion de cobros es normal es mas me indica que tengio una cuenta con un plan anual de pagos

Hope you're doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing the steps you are trying to login? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

 

Are you trying to login via Acrobat DC application or via the document cloud? Also, please try to login online here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if you are able to get through.

 

Also please try to reboot the computer once and check.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

 

You may also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-while-trying-to-access-the-service.html and see if that works for you.
