No recibo mi reembolso

Hola, hice sin querer una compra el 17 de agosto y ese mismo dia la cancelé. Ese mismo dia tambien me mandaron una factura de nota de credito de mi reembolso pero aun no recibo el dinero en mi cuenta. Necesito la plata urgentemente, alguien me puede ayudar porfavor!!

it takes up to 2 weeks for the refund to be credited to your card.
