no serial number for my element down load and it's not listed on my account.

I purchased photoshop elements a few weeks ago and installed it on a new laptop. threw the activation pre-paid card away and now i want to use it, it is asking for a serial number but i can't get without the card. i have gone on my adobe account and the purchased product isn't there and neither it the button to click to even list my products. please help.
