No space on creative cloud

Hi,

I'm receiving an alert of no space on the creative cloud but, there is no files on any folder when I go there to manage the files.

I've tried to contact adobe to get some help but looks like they don't care about the client's, nobody answers the chat and the phone number doesn't work too.

Can somebody please help me with this issue?
