No subscription but Adobe keeps charging unfairly!!

  • I have been charged monthly for this so-called "ADOBE *adobe 4085366000 65.31 Usd Inc and my Adobe account shows nothing about this billing information. My bank account can track, though. Also, in January 2025, I cancelled all of my Adobe subscriptions and paid the extra required fees. You still keep charging me. This is criminal!  

  • I am concerned about my personal information and how Adobe would use it. 
  • Reach out to the Adobe help contact support, and I was chatting with a robotic chatbot without real solutions. It's so hard to access a real-person customer service.  Very frustrated!

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, the last transaction requested from Adobe was in April 2022. Did you speak with your bank about these charges?
