No successful subscription after Lightroom Android mobile app internal purchase

I couldn't use the advanced features of Lightroom after I paid, and the Google Store support team told me they couldn't process my refund after I paid, they needed Adobe to process the refund, and gave me your email. Email reply asked me to post here for help.

I purchased a 1 month subscription using the internal purchase feature in the Lightroom app.

The subscription plan has not been recharged to my Adobe account, and I can't resume purchases now, nor can I
resubscribe, and my Lightroom is completely unavailable.

I checked through Adobe customer service, but I didn't find that the relevant subscription was recharged to my account.

I contacted the Google play support account again and they said that the recharge had arrived in Adobe's account and they were not entitled to a refund.

“Your Google Support Inquiry: Case ID [4-3121000038960]”

Please complete the refund!

what was your subscription start date?

what was your cancellation date?

The subscription started and cancelled on April 5, 2025. Since I couldn't use it after the subscription, I cancelled the renewal immediately, but it is still within the one-month subscription period I paid for.

Unfortunately, purchases and refunds through the Google Store must be handled by the Google Store.
