Non registered debit card

Hi everyone! I would like to ask you if someone here has had trouble with a non-registered card in the adobe system. I just had a new debit card last month because I am re organizing my bank accounts and I surprisely found now that Adobe have all the data of my new debit card and I do not want to use this debit card because is not in USD.

Does someone here knows why Adobe has this information and if it is legal?
