Non riesco a visualizzare le app nel mio Creative Cloud

Hello. I just activated an individual subscription, and I can't access the Apps section in my Creative Cloud. I see the message "You do not have access to manage apps." After several attempts, I haven't been able to find a solution. What can I do?
