None existent customer contact or support!?

Can someone help me? As times are challenging at the moment my employer has added me to their Adobe account so I can save some money from my personal Adobe account for a year. I went to cancel my cloud account with Adobe and they want over £200! Now, I would not mind if I had only been with them for 6 months, but I have been an adobe paid client for 20 + years, from software to SAS! For that loyalty, Adobe wants to take extra money from me when I actually need to save it at the moment. I then thought I would contact Adobe customer care to discuss it with them, where has their customer service gone? I have just wasted 45 minutes trying to work out how to contact them and given up!! Wow!! Can you actually contact them these days? Trying to find an actual person that can help and explain is like a Muggle trying to get into Diagon Alley!!! I always used to recommend Adobe subscription to people but now with their new lack of customer service, together with failing support of long standing customers, it all adds up to me telling people to avoid it like the plague if they can use an alternative. Has anyone else suffered this? Is there actually some sort of customer service incantation, spell or ritual you can do to talk to someone?

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
