Nonprofit pricing renews in a year at full price? Not what I expected.

I had an Adobe account that I used for my Adobe Pro 2020. I purchased the Adobe Pro subscription at the non-profit pricing through Goodstack. I was charged the non-profit price, but when I view “Manage Plan” on the Adobe site, it shows “Next payment on Jul 20, 2027” and $239.88. Isn’t it supposed to renew next year at the non-profit price?

If it’s anything like the education pricing, you have to renew/reapply each year. This is to make sure one is still with the non-profit or still a registered non-profit. (This is just my guess...)

That would make sense, but then I’m curious about what type of heads-up email they give about renewals. Having multiple charges of ~$240 hit at once will be disruptive. I’ll make a calendar notice in case they aren’t communicating.
