Not able to cancel my free trial

Hello folks,

As the subject says, I am having a problem canceling the free trial subscription here. Whenever I go and click on the manage plan, it says that I need to wait to access the manage plan option. I have been trying this since the 4th day of my subscription. Could someone please help me cancel it?

try a different browser.  using a mobile phone's browser with wifi disabled is usually successful.
