Not able to make payments for subscriptions

Question

I have recurring payments with an Indian Credit card. There are some rules changed with credit card payments with Indian banks. I was not able to see Adobe as biller in my bank card or I cannot complete the secure order from my account. I cannot process bill payments other than credit card. Is there any way i can make payment for my adobe cloud or resolve the issue?
