Not got my refund.

Hi! 

I've cancelled the Adobe plans but didn't got my refund.

I can't afford the adobe plans, I just want to checkout the Photoshop generative fill. I've used the 7 days free trail but used the Photoshop just two days and then uninstall the software. But the amount deducted from my debit card. At same day search about it and then came to know that I should have to cancel the plan so cancelled. But didn't got my refund.

Kindly! Solve my issue.

    Thanks for reaching out. I checked and found that you canceled the subscription for CC Photography Plan after 9 days. Since you canceled within 14 days, you are eligible for refund however the refund can only be initiated by our support team.

    ie, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) and see if it's canceled, or check your email where you would receive confirmation of the cancellation. also, no one here can cancel for you.  you have to cancel yourself:

     

    make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    Uninstall and Cancel are two different things. Did you cancel within the seven days?
