Not having access to all apps despite paying for Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB

I pay monthly for Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. However when I tired acesssing Illustrator today, I realized I was locked out of acessing apps like Photoshop,  Illustrator, Premire Pro, Dreamweaver, and more despite these apps being a part of my plan.

I checked my plan and saw that the apps I don't have access to don't show up as part of my plan. Then I tried buying Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB again and it told me I already owned it. So what happned?

I literally had access to them yesterday and I'm unsure of what to do or how to gain access back. I'm still being billed monthly.

Emily, I am sorry, but an organization has also claimed the e-mail address you used to sign up for your individual CC plan. Please see https://adobe.ly/4bWvuz4 for information on how to use the account chooser to switch between accounts. You may also want to verify that your educational institution does not offer its own Creative Cloud plan for you to purchase. If that is the case, they may have blocked access to individual plans on their network and devices.

Finally, if you want to change the e-mail address associated with your new individual plan, then see https://adobe.ly/4dfZuqF for steps you can take to choose an e-mail address not managed by your educational institution. ^JW

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Nobody here in a public forum can see your account information
What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/
This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
    .
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
    .
This link will go directly to the chat option
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
    or
    X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
    .
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
