Not succeeding to cancel my plan

Hello, I am not succeeding to cancel my plan, I keep receiving error messages for 5 days. I've sent an email to adobe support (tcssup@adobe.com) - and haven't receive any responce.

It seems a very strange situation, I didn't expect this from such a big company.

Does someone know what to do in this case?

Do they have another email?

do you have a current payment problem?

 

if not use a non-opera browser in private/incognito mode.
