Bonjour, comme beaucoup de personne, j'ai le message d'erreur suivant : nous ne pouvons pas vérifier le statut de votre abonnement. 

 

J'ai essayé bon nombre de manœuvre, mais rien n'y fait le chatbot me dit qu'il ne trouve aucun compte à mon nom. Pouvez-vous m'aider, c'est très urgent.

Code d’erreur : 12013.

Thanks for your help, i've made all of it but nothing working on my computer, i've taken one of my friends with my account and it works, i don't know why.

try another browser using private or incognito mode.  if that fails try using a mobile's browser.
