Now, I have already paid and cannot use any of your products

Hey, why did you cancel my plan when I have already paid?
 
what I am trying to do is use PS for one month, then I apply and delete my payment method so you can't charge me in the next month.
 
There is not even a single button that I can undo this 
 
Now, I have already paid and cannot use any of your products

you canceled your plan when you removed your payment method.

 

for others, subscribe to a monthly plan, set a reminder to cancel the day before the end of the month and cancel on that date.

 

at this point, contact adobe support and make your case.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
