Obligacion de pago

Hago la denuncia por cobros indebidos de Adobe, para una aplicacion de Dreamweaver , que no lo uso, que lo desinstale antes de terminar los dias de prueba. Ahora el sistema me obliga hacer pagos de recibos por funcionalidades que no uso.

Se supone que Adobe lleva registro de ello, pero generan recibo mes a mes.. He tenido que desactivar la tarjeta usada para cargo del producto... 

Alguien me puede indicar a que email enviar mensaje, o numero de telefono para llamar asi sea una llamada de larga distancia. y poder solicitar la anulacion de esos cargos.

you're supposed to keep track of your own trials and subscriptions.

 

what was your start date and have you cancelled that trial subscription?

Uninstalling is not the same as cancelling... if you did not cancel in 14 days or less your trial became a subscription

intente cambiar plan, pero me obliga a pagar primero, La verdad lo justo es
que dejen sin efecto los recibos de pago y dejen de interntar cargarlos a
mi cuenta.

No uso sus servicios para nada y mas aún, ni la demo lo use

Looking at your account, it appears that your Adobe Dreamweaver subscription is still active, with pending dues for the past 2 months and 10 days. Just to clarify, uninstalling the application doesn’t automatically cancel the subscription, which is why you're seeing payment prompts.

Adobe offers a 7-day free trial for most apps, including Dreamweaver. If the subscription isn’t canceled within that trial period, it transitions into a paid plan. Since your current plan is annual, ending it early may result in an early termination fee as outlined in the subscription terms.
