Obtaining a PDF version of my contract

My school has requested that we provide them with a PDF version of my one year contract, showing the total amount that will be paid upon completion of the contact. They are reimbursing us for our purchase due to having to pay out of our own pockets due to COVID-19 restrictions. How do I get a copy of this? I can only download my individual monthly invoices.

You may then be able to use Acrobat to save the web page as a PDF

I have NO IDEA if Adobe offers anything other than the monthly invoice

Strange... it should be a normal thing they offer since we're locked into annual plans. And this is something the ministry of education is requesting, so you'd think they would have done their research...
