It probably won't be the same terms.  Resellers typically have a different fee structure based on number of seats the customer orders.  For example, a school that orders Creative Cloud for their students or a business that orders Creative Cloud for their employees.

I don't think that is possible in a country where Adobe uses a reseller instead of a direct subscription
