Obtaining help chat transcripts - General question
Hey Adobe Community,
I've mad a major issue with one of my Adobe apps in the last few days and enlisted helo through the chat function while signed in. One of the agents helped me yesterday and took control of my screen and I requested the transcript be sent to my email but it never was. I'm just wondering whether there is some way of obtaining chat transcripts if they are not sent by the agent after the conversation has ended. It's imperative I review this transcript as there was some helpful advice and want to remember the steps outlined.
