Obtaining help chat transcripts - General question

Hey Adobe Community,

 

I've mad a major issue with one of my Adobe apps in the last few days and enlisted helo through the chat function while signed in. One of the agents helped me yesterday and took control of my screen and I requested the transcript be sent to my email but it never was. I'm just wondering whether there is some way of obtaining chat transcripts if they are not sent by the agent after the conversation has ended. It's imperative I review this transcript as there was some helpful advice and want to remember the steps outlined.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Try contacting Chat and asking them, as that team is not on the community forums. Did you get a case number?

 

Although it won't help you now, I always do a Command+A (select all) and paste the chat into Microsoft Word. I do this several times during the chat in case it disconnects.

I did get a case number - I followed up via email, however, habe not recieved a reply as of yet.
