21/05/2026 tarihinde hesabımdan ödeme çekilmiş olmasına rağmen, uygulamalara erişemiyorum. Benden yeniden kart bilgisi girmemi ve ödeme yapmamı bekliyor. İkinci kere ödeme yapmak istemiyorum. Zaten her ay ödeme yapıyorum.

    No you are making a mistake.I have attached the invoice you created to this letter.And this invoice states that I can use the applications until June 19, 2026.
    Why do I have to re-enter my card details and make a payment?
    I made the payment today. The money has been transferred from my account to yours.
