Öffnen der Programme nicht möglich

Question

Hallo ihr Lieben, ich bitte um eure Hilfe.
Ich habe bis vor kurzem noch ein Abo über meine alte Berufsschule gehabt und plötzlich wurde mir dieses Fenster angezeigt.
Ich habe mir dann über meinen privaten Account für 1 Jahr die Creative Cloud gekauft und nun wird mir das immer noch angezeigt und ich kann die Programme nicht öffnen.
Ich habe auch schon alles deinstalliert und wieder installiert. Ich weiß nicht, was ich noch machen kann.

check your private account https://account.adobe.com to make sure you're using the correct adobe id in your cc app.

then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
