Offer ended and I want continue to use previous deal

I have been on a deal with Adone which seemed to have expired in May. Previously you would be able to reach out to help support and they would fix it but now I am having trouble talking to a human. Can anyone help? Otherwise, I will be forced to cancel my membership.

If you have an enterprise/teams subscription then you can contact support via Admin Console

Navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Support

For Personal account, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
