Old account

I tried to log in using an old account credentials. They sent me a code to both my phone and email. I received neither. I'm concerned because I have free Adobe products attached to that account. I'm afraid that I will lose all three if I can't get into my old account. Anybody have an idea of what to do?

    This is a user-to-user forum for a dead product called GoLive which is no longer supported.  Adobe employees never visit this space.
