Ön ödemesi yapılmış yıllık abonelik sahte etkinlik olarak iptal edilirse ne yapılmalı ?

Merhabalar , 

 

Adobe tarafından , yıllık olarak ön ödemesini yapmış olduğum Creative Cloud aboneliğimle ilgili sahte davranış belirlendiği sebebi ile aboneliğim iptal edildi , fakat yaptığım ödeme iade edilmedi. 

Müşteri destek hattını da arıyorum fakat uzun bekleme sürelerine rağmen kesinlikle cevap alamıyorum. 

Daha önce başka birinin başına geldi ise sorunu nasıl çözümlediğiniz konusunda yardımlarınızı rica ederim.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    many people have recently reported the same issue.  to resolve, contact adobe support (which i see you've done).  they will reply to you in a few days after getting your information. 

     

    while waiting, if it's critical, you can start a trial subscription (with a different adobe id/email). BUT if your problematic subscription is restored, you must remember to cancel that trial (preferably) within 7 days, or you'll have have two subscriptions when that trial becomes a paid subscription.
