So I am in college and we get a paid subscription of adobe apps. I use the computers at school and was wanting to do it at home as well, but it's telling me I need to buy it again to use it even though I get my membership through my college. The computers at school are Mac but my PC is Windows, is that the issue?

Hi @SkylaMD,

As per your account info, your email ID is not listed under any active subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud.

Please contact your school's IT admin and check the email address you're using there for accessing the Adobe apps.

We hope it resolves your query.

Regards,

Shivangi

Ask your school's IT dept.

This might be a LAB USE only plan, in which case you would need your own personal subscription to access software at home.

Subscriptions work on both Mac and Windows

You need to ask your plan administrator how to install the school's subscription on an individual computer
