Opzeggen abonnement

Goedenavond!

 

Op 14 Juni heb ik op advies een proefabonnement aangevraagd om alleen iemand te helpen een bestand om te zetten met een transparante achtergrond.

(niet heel handig als je het programma niet kent...)

Deze heb ik 100% zeker binnen de periode opgezegd.

Ik heb het programma ook niet meer gebruikt en er niet meer naar omgekeken.

Totdat ik vandaag 2 afschrijvingen bij de bank zag.

In de periode na het opzeggen heb ik heel mijn mailbox opgeschoond, dus bewijs heb ik niet.

Maar ik heb toen een reden ingevuld voor opzegging en alle stappen doorlopen.

Ik dacht, ik neem de afgeschreven  €50 wel voor lief, wellicht is het niet goed gegaan....zonde maar niks aan te doen.

Nu zie ik dat het me nog eens €120,- extra kost als ik het abonnement stop zet.

De tranen staan in mn ogen.... ik kan het geld op dit moment niet eens missen.

Klopt dit wel??

Ik heb geprobeerd contact te zoeken met een Nederlandse klantenservice, maar dat schijnt lastig te zijn....

Is er iemand die me hier alsjeblieft mee wilt helpen?

 

Ik hoor heel graag van iemand!

IK wil heel graag mijn account opzeggen. Dat kan nog net want het begint pas op 21-2-2025.

no one here can cancel for you.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Ik betaal nu 2 x mijn abonnement 24,19 Euro ik heb een nieuwe pc gelieve aan te passen

you have to contact adobe support for subscription enrollment on adobe.com.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
