Ordered Pro yesterday but it says I have no paid plans active
My account shows an Order number from yesterday, but clicking on invoice next to it says I have no billing history. My Plans says I have no paid plans. Chatbot won't talk to me because it says my email has no paid plans, and won't connect me to an agent. Is there something else I needed to do? The only email I got was that I created an Adobe ID. No receipt for payment, but I don't know whether to try again because I have an order number and it says $254.
