Question

Overcharged

Hello,

I paid my annual subscription recently. I was charged twice by Adobe for the same subscription and I am trying to request a refund of the overcharged monies.

When I entered the card details initially, the site stated that the card details were not accepted and to re-enter them. I did so and the site indicated that payment was successful. I was only issued one invoice for €220.15, but my credit card has been charged twice.

I have tried emailing all 3 emails (store, support, and notifications) available to me and none of these emails accept replies. There is no information on how to contact an actual person in relation to this issue. The "help" section of the website simply goes around in virtual circles with no solutions available.

Please advise on how a refund can be arranged.

Hi there,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. You have an active Acrobat DC subscription paid yearly. I see there is only one renewal charge that took place on your Adobe account and no duplicate charge. Kindly get in touch with your bank in case you were charge twice. There is no extra amount received by Adobe.

Thanks
