Boa tarde, eu tenho um plano de 19,99€/mês e tenho pago todos os meses. Porém, tenho recebido vários emails que afirmam tentar fazer uma cobrança de 36,99€. Não é esse o meu plano, nem foi essa a opção que escolhi quando aderi à Adobe.
Gostaria de ser esclarecida,
