He realizado el pago de la suscripción y me sigue pidiendo que realice el pago. No lo ha reconocido, me urge solución por favor

Me pasa lo mismo, cambié método de pago, en mi tarjeta veo el cobro pero Adobe dice que sigue existiendo un problema y me pide pagar de nuevo. ¿Se solucionó tu problema, cómo lo hiciste?

Estoy teniendo el mismo problema. Soy de Argentina, aceptaron mi suscripción de planes. Pero ahora no están aceptando mis pagos (con ninguna tarjeta). No quiero que se me acumule deuda ni que me veten. No sé qué hacer ya.
